Shutdowns are frequent to prevent spoilers and other mischief and beta testing. When the administrator shut down the forum for a hour, the forum receives a new update. If the shutdown is finished, all players will have access to see the forum again.

If you read the new update, but can't see it where it tells to redirect, simply clear your cache. If it didn't, try running a cleaner and see if the cleaner get's the cache deleted.
